Alex has some availability to teach individuals, couples or small groups on a private basis. As Alex will tailor the tuition to meet individual requirements, anyone can gain benefit from private lessons including:

• People whose busy lives makes it difficult for them to attend a regular class
Yoga Therapy – A therapeutic, corrective approach that uses asana (Yin & Yang), functional movement exercises, light weights, self-massage, breathing techniques, relaxation and Ayurvedic insights to bring healing to the body-mind.
Yang Flow – A dynamic, strengthening, warming practice. Each practice is well-balanced and tailored to your individual needs. Yoga experience necessary.
Yin – A quiet, nourishing practice to relieve stiffness focused primarily on seated and reclining poses. Includes a 15 minute savasana massage and short meditation. Great for all levels including those with minor injuries and physical limitations).
Yoga Blueprint – An inquiry into a pose or group of poses. Includes a warm-up, practices, specific recommendations. Tailored to your level.
